Login Trouble?

It's tough to remember the login you used last week, not to mention something you used last year!

We get many questions about passwords.

Check Here First

Signed in With Google?

If you previously used "Sign in with Google", you actually don't need a password. Just click and sign in with your Google ID (Google IDs can be company, schools and organizations, and GMail.com accounts).

Are You Using The Same Email Address as Last Year?

Some people have many email addresses. If you signed up earlier with a different email address, we may not have your current email on file. Don't worry - you can still access your account. Try searching your inbox for any past emails from @publicfiresafety.com. This will help you find the email address used for your PublicFireSafety.com account. If you still can't locate your account information, contact our support team. We're happy to assist in recovering access to your account.

Check Your Junk Mail /Spam Folder

Can't find the password reset email? It may have ended up in your spam or junk folder by accident. Many email providers filter unfamiliar messages there automatically.

Please check any spam or junk mail folder in case that email is there.
