How To Edit Your Agency Profile

Hello, and welcome to the BeforeYouBurn system. In this video, I will show you how to update your agency profile information.

First, sign into the PFS Portal and click on the 'Agency Profile' section. Look for the agency name in the upper left corner of the portal and click the down arrow to its right.

In the 'Agency Profile' section, you may edit your agency name, description and “About” text, contact information, and upload a new avatar, logo, and cover image.

In addition, there is a section on Contact Information and “Official Online Channels”.

Simply make the changes you need, then click 'Save' at the bottom to update your public-facing profile.

Verify how those changes look by clicking on the “Public Status Page” button at the top of the screen.

Return to the Agency Profile by clicking the “Edit” link below Agency Contacts.
